ပညာရေး၀န်ကြီးဌာန၊ အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာကဏ္ဍ
ကြားကာလပညာသင်ကြားရေးအစီအစဉ်များ
ခေတ်အဆက်ဆက် အာဏာရှင်များနှင့် စစ်အာဏာရှင်တို့သည်နိုင်ငံကို အဘက်ဘက်မှ ဖိနှိပ်ချုပ်ချယ်မှုများပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။ ထို့အပြင် ဖြစ်ထွန်းစ ဒီမိုကရေစီနိုင်ငံရေးစနစ်ကိုဖျက်ဆီးကာ ၂၀၂၁ ဖေဖေါ်ဝါရီလမှစ၍ စစ်အာဏာရှင်တစ်စုက အကြမ်းဖက် တရားမဲ့ အာဏာသိမ်းခဲ့မှုကြောင့် မြန်မာ့ပညာရေးသည်လည်း နှောင့်နှေးမှုများဖြစ်ခဲ့ရသည်။ မိဘပြည်သူများနှင့် ကျောင်းသားကျောင်းသူများအတွက် ကြီးမားသော ဆုံးရှုံးနစ်နာမှုများဖြစ်ခဲ့ရပါသည်။ အာဏာသိမ်းမှုကို တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးမှ ဝိုင်းဝန်းကန့်ကွက် ဆန့်ကျင်ခဲ့ကြသည်။ အကြမ်းဖက်အာဏာသိမ်း စစ်ကောင်စီမှ နိုင်ငံကိုအေးချမ်းဟန်ဆောင်ကာ ကျောင်းများဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့သော်လည်း ဆရာ၊ဆရာမအများအပြားနှင့် နိုင်ငံအဝန်းမှ ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူ ၉၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းကျော်သည် မိမိတို့၏ခိုင်မာသော ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များဖြင့် CDM လှုပ်ရှားမှု့တွင် ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ကာ ၄င်းတို့ဖွင့်လှစ်သော ကျောင်းများတွင် စာသင်ကြားခြင်း၊ စာရင်းသွင်း တက်ရောက်ခြင်းများ မပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်ကို တွေ့ရှိရပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် အမျိုးသား ညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ပညာရေး၀န်ကြီးဌာနသည် CDM ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများအတွက် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ပညာရေးများ ဆက်လက် သင်ယူခွင့်ရရန် ဆရာ၊ဆရာမ၊ ကျောင်းသူ၊ ကျောင်းသားများအပြင် ပညာရေးအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော အဖွဲ့အစည်း အသီးသီး၏စုပေါင်းညီညွတ်သောအားဖြင့် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ရာ ယခုအခါ ပညာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ ကဏ္ဍကြီး (၄) ရပ်ဖြစ်သော အခြေခံပညာရေး၊ အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာရေး၊ သက်မွေးပညာရေးနှင့် ဆရာအတတ်သင်ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍအားလုံးတွင် Online သင်ကြားရေးသာမက၊ မြေပြင်သင်ကြားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများပါ စတင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်နေပြီ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Pre-University Introductory Courses for students who have passed the Matriculation Exam, Essential Courses for Understanding Building a Federal Democratic Union, Vocational Academics, Applied ICT, Language Courses, Basic Guidelines for doing Research, etc. (The date for accepting entry forms and entry guide will be further announced.)
Teaching Method and Course Registration

Students will be able to study through Online Learning and Offline Learning ways at anyplace and anywhere.

Second Year students applying for Final Year Master Degree, Second Year (Hons) Third Year (Hons), including Pre-Graduation Courses shall obtain relevant Online Registration Forms from the official website of the Ministry of Education. Students registered under the Ministry of Education will be given personal Student ID Codes accordingly.

Upon receiving the Student ID Codes shall
i. Study lessons, download
ii. Obtain information and zoom courses dates related to the online courses (Such courses will be delivered to the students who do not have access to the internet through the respective University Administration Council and other methods.)
iii. Students shall submit assignments and other relevant case works to the relevant email addresses.
Remaining Academic Courses
Other remaining academic courses will also be opened in line with the process, and students attending those courses could learn from the Public Lecture offered by the Ministry of Education of the National Unity Government in the interim period. Moreover, they can also participate in vocational courses and other academic programs. In this case, Public Lectures can be found available for the public and there will also be live streams on Facebook and Youtube kinds of social media.
