Introduction

The Research and Development Department provides information on research-related teaching, to do the systematic research project and research activities in the interim education sector. 

Objective

It is intended to help the teachers, students, and researchers to conduct systematic research on the experiences to see and share research knowledge in Interim Education.

Conclusion

By opening a basic research short course, it can provide not only practical knowledge and understanding of research concepts, but also a lot of support for teaching, as well as for those who are currently conducting research. 

To establish a federal democratic union, every citizen must know what federal democracy is. In order to build an effective federal democratic education system, the Ministry of Education, National Unity Government (NUG) has established institutional priority policies for educational practices related to federal and democratic values, and the Research and Development Department of the Ministry of Education, the National Unity Government was established in December 2021 to carry out research on higher education reform that will be consistent with the federal democratic education policy.

The R&D Department of the Ministry of Education, NUG has organized Federal Educational Administration Knowledge Dissemination Courses with the help of the Federal Education Organization and Experts related to federal democratic education.

In that course, aspects such as the definition of federalism; the basic principles of a federal state; important division of power in the federal system; allocation of funds; local administration; gender equality and federal education can be compared with the challenges today faced by old federal states.

The Federal Educational Administration Knowledge Dissemination Course was opened on (11.11.2022) and has now been opened (9) times, and (1503) participants have been awarded Internet data support (50000 Kyats each) and Certificates. Plans are also being made to continue opening the federal educational courses.

In the Education in Emergency section, two foreign experts (Dr.Elly and Dr.Jenny) have been connected to conduct research on Teacher Well-being, and from (20th September 2022) a 4-day workshop was held, and teachers interested in HE, BE, TVET, Conducted training for 30 teachers. From September 20, 2022^, 2 (1) weeks on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. were successfully delivered. 

The aim of the Teacher Well-being workshop is :

• To promote teachers' psychological well-being.
• To create conducive work environments for teachers.
• To enhance teacher voice and leadership.

As a commemoration of World Teachers' Day 2022, a survey on the difficulties that are facing of teachers and staffs, and interim educational activities are described by graphs. Read more

On February 1, 2021, the military coup took place in Myanmar. During the early days, of the coup, Millions of people took part across the country; against the coup and the military dictatorship brutally suppressed the peaceful protest. In opposition to the crackdown, millions of citizens have joined forces against the nonviolent movement called the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) CDM. In this movement, teachers, and students from higher education department under the Ministry of Education actively participated. In the meanwhile, young people called Generation Z (Gen-Z) who cannot accept unjust oppression will later take up arms and resist with the intention of overthrowing the dictatorship, they decided to study military education them across the country. Thus, the People Defense Forces (PDF) was formed. The study finds that the perceptions of current socioeconomic, educational psychological challenges of CDM participants and the real situation facing during the evolutional period. The results provided the evaluation of the needs of CDMers and will also support to the development of Myanmar's educational policies and laws during the interim and post-revolutionary periods. This research paper was aimed to assess the difficulties of socioeconomic and educational situations faced by CDM teachers, students and parents during interim period This paper was also intended to explore continuously educational programs and to provide suggestions that necessary educational programs for transitional and reconstruction periods. It was done by the National Unity Government, the Ministry of Education, Department of Research and Development. This research was done by qualitative methodology and quantitative methodology, was studied in three stages from December 2022 to May 2023. 

• In the first stage, a preliminary interview was conducted to the eight participants from different fields including teachers, parents, students, PDF student and soldier and the results were evaluated by qualitative methodology and was created Google form;
• In the second stage, the Google form was conducted an online survey, total 153,511 CDM students responded and quantitative data analysis were done the results.
• In the third satage, additionally, focus group interview were conducted on 34 students and staffs who are serving in the People Defense Forces (PDF) and assess the answers qualitatively.

In summary, the current situations of CDM students, educational needs, and future educational expectations have been identified.

As recommendation, three suggestions for CDM students are also identified; they are suggestions on fulfilling the needs of CDM students, addressing the difficulties of CDM students and Implementing of opportunities for CDM Students.

Additionally, to meet the difficulties and needs of CDM students and the educational expectations that have been abandoned, it is responsible for the implementation of National Union Government, the Ministry of Education, and Policy-makers, CDM teachers, local/international professionals and organizations and is designed to cooperate. Introduction

 India is divided into 19 states and seven federal territories. For each federal province, each governor is appointed by the president and is directly governed by the Indian government. The central government recommends educational policies and procedures, and state governments have the right to implement these activities independently. The central government are periodically announced the policies. Education is the joint responsibility of the state and the central government. The educational management structure can be seen in four stages: central governmental organizations, state government organizations, local-level organizations, and private sector organizations.

According to the Constitution, children between the ages of 6 and 14 are given free education as a basic right. 

Central level education management and governance

The Ministry of Education is the main governing body, which instruct, guide and control the entire education system. The Ministry formulates and implements the National Education Policy and implements the National Education Plans, Guidelines on missions and work processes are also issued. At the central level, the Central Education Advisory Board consists of prominent academics experts and education administrators, and Education policy guidelines are published. 

State-level education management and governance

 States have separate ministries for education. The Ministry of Education of a state consists of a cabinet minister and a state minister. State governments also have to formulate policies for education. The State Legislature also makes provisions and laws whenever necessary. 

Role of State Governments in Education Financing

A constitutionally constituted Finance Commission allocates adequate resources to each state at the end of each project, such as income tax, transferred under excise tax and central government subsidy sharing schemes.

Local Level Education Management and Administration District Education Office is the main administrative department of school education in the district.
